Opening of Dollies Hair Salon

On Saturday I was delighted to attend the opening of Dollies hair salon in Willington. It was a real privilege to see the dream of owner Sarah Webster come true. The business is a family affair with Sarah's sister and aunt helping out too. 

Maintenance Road Works

There are currently maintenence roadworks between Drakelow and Walton-on-Trent and a diversion has been set up.

Money for Life Challenge

Mitochondrial Replacement Techniques

There has been an on going debate about the plausibility of mitochondrial replacement techniques. Following a visit from a constituent who suffers from mitochondrial disease I looked into the debate further and I agree with her that we should be doing all we can to prevent this terrible disease.
